In 1989 Mr. Lance Joyce purchased his first piece of earthmoving equipment and began work initially in the domestic market. He very quickly realised that if you simply provided a “reliable and honest service” you had little competition and when the combination of his engineering and accountancy disciplines were added to the equation he was very quickly inundated with work. Over the last 20 years SA Civil has progressively grown through a strong commitment to training and maintaining the core values of a tight knit family type work environment and as a result the customers are guaranteed work of the highest quality. Today these ethics are further underwritten by the independently certified Quality Control System and have given SA Civil the “Preferred” status among Governments Departments, Local Councils and other quality construction companies. |
Mr Joyce maintains close contact with all staff, encouraging particularly the younger generation to continue to extend themselves in training, to improve and also uphold the company’s core values of honesty and reliability.
Over the last few years SA Civil has also successfully been involved in joint venture projects assisting in bringing together common interest parties to achieve a successful outcome in the areas of land division construction and industrial complex construction.
